Crystallizer requires that Great Plains is running on Microsoft SQL
Server. SQL Server versions 7.0 through 2005 are supported.
Crystallizer 2.5 for Dynamics GP 10 update: 2.5GP10Update.zip Important upgrade notes: This update is a patch only. It is not a full installation. It is only for Crystallizer 2.5. If you are runing 2.1 then you need to upgrade to 2.5 before applying this patch. If you are running Crystallizer on GP 9 and are upgrading to GP 10 you need to unzip the update files into the GP 10 folder after the GP 10 upgrade. If you are running GP 10 and have never installed Crystallizer then you need to use the Crystallizer install for GP 9 and then unzip the update files into the GP 10 folder. Unzip the file before running GP 10.
If you are upgrading to Dynamics GP 10 you must have a new registration key for Crystallizer. Please email support@synergistix.net
to request an updated registration key.
You do not need to have Crystal Reports installed in order to use Crystallizer. Crystal Reports versions 7 through 11 are supported with the Crystal Reports Viewer that is distributed with Crystallizer.
